Three step process: 1. Click on Submit a Deal. 2. Click on New User. 3. Fill in user and deal information, then click Preview and Submit.

CasshFlow’s easy to use “Submit Deal” tab helps you build and manage your marketing campaign, and promote your offers to CasshFlow customers interested in your services, and provide you with tools and support to maximize your campaign’s effectiveness.
How do I become a CasshFlow Vendor?
Just Click on the Submit Deal button and follow the instructions. Typically it takes a vendor between 5-10 minutes to fill in the deal information. CasshFlow’s process has been designed to be fast and easy.
How does the CasshFlow business model work?
You pay zip, zero, nada upfront. We do all the marketing and promotion. We only get paid if we are successful. Therefore it is 100% in our interest to help make each and every vendors offer hugely successful. As a simple rule of thumb, The better your offer the more likely of its success. After coupons/vouchers are redeemed by the end user we pay you your payout less our fee.
How does CasshFlow work as part of a marketing strategy to promote my business?

Zip, zero, nada, CasshFlow does not charge any upfront costs for creating and running a campaign on our site. We are a Pay for performance company. This means you only pay for the results, not for the listing. While there is no fee to join CasshFlow, we charge a commission rate on all sales, which varies. The margin depends on your business’s category or industry. Our fee’s are structured to be 30% – 50% lower than Groupon.
How does CasshFlow work for you?
CasshFlow is dedicated to the success of the end user and to its vendors. Our goal is to help the end user find the highest discount on Travel, Food/Restaurants, Things to Do, Products, and both Local/National Services. Vendors market their business for zero cost. CasshFow has structured our business model to reward both the end user and the vendor. End users are rewarded by shopping on our site by consistently finding the highest discounted deals on the internet. Our vendors typically have returns that are 30% – 50% higher than competitive sites like Groupon.
Why Should I work With CasshFlow when I already work with Groupon?

The CasshFlow Difference
It makes no sense to launch a company like CasshFlow and offer the same prices on discounted deals as Groupon. So Casshflow asks our Vendors to do the following:
- Offer the same deals you offer on Groupon or elsewhere but at higher discounts (lower prices). This way the consumer gets a better deal and is more likely to shop on Casshflow and become your customer.
- In return for your lower price (s), CasshFlow charges you approximately 30% – 50% lower than a company like Groupon does in essence for the same service.
The net, net of our business model is:
- Customers get the same product/service for a lower price and our vendors end up earning approximately 40% more for every voucher sold via CasshFlow.
Recommended additional discounts:
- We recommend our Merchants discount their already discounted vouchers by at least 5% more to make them more attractive for consumers to purchase. This should help you sell more vouchers while at the same time increasing your profit margins by 30% – 50%+.
- Casshflow does not enforce this policy but strongly recommends it.
Why Are Your Fee’s So much Lower Than Groupon?
We operate on a completely different business model and philosophy than Groupon. We strive to offer our consumers the highest discounts in the world. And in return for our vendors offering better discount deals than they do on Groupon, we provide them a much lower fee. The net result is that everyone wins: 1. The vendor wins by keeping a much larger percentage of voucher they sell . We estimate that the typical voucher sold will result in a 30% – 50% increase in net revenue for the vendor. 2. The consumer wins by receiving the same goods at a higher discount (Typically , we suggest a 5% higher discount than offered on Groupon). 3. CasshFlow wins by becoming the worldwide leader in discounted consumer good and services. We make up for our lower commission fee’s by sheer volume.
How long does the sign up approval take?
Typically, within 24 hours.
How do I sign up for CasshFlow with multiple locations?
When creating your CasshFlow campaign, you’ll be asked to provide the addresses of any locations where customers can redeem their vouchers.

Campaign Creation And Management
How do I create a campaign?
After signup, you will use our self-service Campaign Manager tool.
Can I create my campaign online?
Yes; you can build your campaign on your desktop with our self-service Campaign Manager. Mobile APP is expected to rollout soon for additional functionality and flexibility.
How long does it take until my campaign goes live?
Typically, within minutes of submission. Our goal is help you and not stand in your way of driving revenues for your company.
If you’re a first-time vendor, don’t forget to submit your bank and tax information. We are unable to proceed with launching your campaign if we don’t have these details.
Can I customize my CasshFlow campaign?
Yes; CasshFlow will offer you a range of campaign templates to choose from, based on your business category. Once you select the template, you’ll be able to set the campaign price and discount, redemptions per voucher, and campaign image. You can also build your own campaign with our guided tool, which enables you to upload your own images and set fine print details that make sense for your campaign, such as expiration date, restrictions, etc.
Can I limit the number of Vouchers sold?
Yes. You have the ability to change quantities available at any time. But, you must always honor vouchers sold.
How do I make changes to my CasshFlow campaign?
You can easily edit your CasshFlow campaign by using our self-service Campaign Manager. To make adjustments, follow the steps listed below:
- Log in to the Vendor Center:
- Navigate to your Campaigns tab, click on the pencil icon next to the campaign you want to edit, and select “Edit Campaign.”
- Once you have saved all your changes, you can preview your campaign by clicking on the “Preview” button.
- If you are happy with the preview, click the “Publish” button.
Can I pause my campaign if it gets too busy?
Yes; you can pause your campaign at any time using the self-service Campaign Manager tool and click Pause.
Redemption And Payments
How does CasshFlow pay vendors
Pay on Redemption
You’ll be paid on a bi-monthly basis and compensated for the vouchers that have been marked as redeemed in the weeks leading up to the payment. For example, on the 16th of every month, you will be paid for all of the vouchers you marked as redeemed from the 1st through 15th of that month, minus any refunds incurred.
Pay on View
If you are a merchant who uses or relies on custom codes for voucher redemption, you’ll be paid on a bi-monthly basis and compensated based on customers that have accessed or viewed the redemption code on their voucher. There is no additional step required of you for payment to be rendered.
Simply, go to your Vendor Dashboard to reviews any payment information and voucher redemptions.
Why is redeeming vouchers critically important?
Consistently redeeming your customers’ vouchers prevents duplicate redemptions, voucher misuse, and fraud ensuring you get paid for your work. If a customer calls CaashFlow for a refund but you’ve redeemed their voucher, we know the customer has already been serviced and the refund will not be deducted from your revenue. In addition, redeeming vouchers helps you track how many customers you’ve serviced.
You can redeem vouchers via your Vendor Dashboard account.
Redeeming Vouchers in the Vendor Dashboard
You can redeem vouchers individually or multiple vouchers at once. To do so:
- Click the “Redeem” button at the top of any screen in the Vendor Dashboard
- Enter either a single voucher code or multiple codes, separated by a comma
- Once the voucher code is recognized you will be able to click the green “Redeem” button
Redeeming on a Customer’s Device
This method is the quickest and easiest way to redeem vouchers, as it will automatically mark the voucher as used once it is redeemed.
- Have the customer pull up the voucher on their phone
- Tap the button in the middle of the screen that says “Mark as Redeemed” and confirm, if asked
Redemption Troubleshooting
If you have problems redeeming a voucher, please check the following options for guidance:
CasshFlow Voucher “Not Found”
If a voucher’s status reads “”Not Found,”” you may be in the wrong account. This can happen if you have multiple accounts with CasshFlow (for example, if you’ve been featured in different countries or have multiple businesses). You can access your other accounts by clicking on Change Account.
CasshFlow Voucher “Rejected”
If a voucher’s status reads “Rejected”, the customer attempted to purchase the deal but their payment didn’t go through. As a result, a line item appears in the customer list but no valid voucher has actually been issued. Any voucher marked “Rejected” is not valid and should not be redeemed. Always validate a voucher at the time of scheduling, and be sure to redeem each voucher at the time of use to ensure all customers have made valid purchases.
CasshFlow Voucher “Pending”
If a voucher’s status reads “Pending”, it typically means the customer’s payment hasn’t gone through yet. Once their payment has cleared, you should be able to redeem the voucher.
Redeemed by Mistake
If a voucher was redeemed by mistake, we are unfortunately unable to “”unredeem”” this voucher.
How are refunds handled?
CasshFlow may issue refunds to customers for a number of reasons, including special circumstances on a case-by-case basis and customer complaints that we deem reasonable upon review. Always check that vouchers are valid before servicing and redeeming them. If you have already received payment for a redeemed voucher that was subsequently refunded, your share of the voucher’s value will be deducted from your next payment.
Does CasshFlow handle Bookings?
Not at this time but is expected to offer this feature soon.
Are there ways of Increasing my campaigns visibility?
Yes. Casshflow has numerous offerings that let you boost your deals to prominent places on our site, jumping ahead of competitors and increasing your exposure. All you have to do is set your budget and select the campaign you want to boost. Our algorithm then seeks out the customers most likely to buy from you based on purchase history and keyword searches, and displays your deal in top spots when they search or browse. More visibility, more sales opportunities.

How does CasshFlow collect feedback from customers and how can I respond to it?
Within a week of a voucher being redeemed, we prompt the customer with an optional feedback survey. Their ratings and comments will appear in the Feedback Tab of your Vendor Dashboard account, where you can reply to thank them for their feedback or share your contact details if they’ve raised an issue that requires follow-up. We’ll also display a selection of your most recent customer comments on our website.
